This modern family home included a two story addition on the rear of the building with basement area which included:
-access opening from existing basement to new area
-new ground floor layout -new windows in existing area
-new front porch access and roof line
The galley style modern kitchen features a wooden slab counter top with a stainless steel metal mosaic tile back splash. A skylight was added to give the open concept living space additional natural lighting. A light hardwood was used for the staircase and railing in the addition of the home leading up to the 2nd floor. A bay window with seating area give additional space for displaying plants and treasures or optional seating.
The 2nd Floor hall features cork flooring throughout with a unique placement of windows for optimal lighting and a thin wood panel board for decor. A deep purple was used on the master bedroom sliding doors to contrast the bright hall filled with natural lighting. Windows in the addition were juxtaposed for a distinguished feel and optimal lighting. A small hobby door was constructed for additional storage in the crawl space of the roof.
